Privacy Policy

Last Updated: November 2026

Loggah ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web and mobile applications.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless, synchronized tracking experience, we collect:

Account Information: When you create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google, we collect your basic profile information (such as your name or username, email address, and, for Google accounts, your profile picture) to authenticate your account. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider and are never stored by Loggah.

Health & Lifestyle Logs: Data you explicitly input, including daily macro counts, nutritional items, medication names, dosages, supplement checklists, and sleep records.

Sharing Permissions: Data related to who you explicitly authorize to view your live logs through our access-sharing features.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Cloud Firestore).

All data transmissions are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.

Database security rules restrict access to your personal documents strictly to your unique authenticated user ID (auth.uid), except where you explicitly grant view permissions to another user.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

Provide, maintain, and sync your tracking dashboards across your web and mobile devices in real time.

Execute barcode lookups via public health and product databases (such as Open Food Facts or openFDA) when you scan items.

Improve app performance and user experience.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal health data to third parties. Your data is only shared in the following circumstances:

Explicit Sharing: If you choose to share your live logs with another user (such as a coach or friend) using Loggah’s sharing features.

Legal Requirements: If required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated daily logs from our database, you can do so within your account settings or by contacting our support team.
